Standardized & Custom RF Test Cables
Phase and Amplitude Stable & Competitively Priced Solutions
Today’s RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave measurement environments require RF test cables that can perform at the highest electrical standards while withstanding real-world handling—whether on an R&D bench, inside a production test cell, or within a precision VNA calibration path. ConductRF’s full spectrum of standardized VNA-grade and customizable instrument-grade RF Test Cable solutions are designed and delivered to meet these needs, providing dependable phase and amplitude stability, low loss, and mechanical resilience across test applications up to 120 GHz.

We’ve curated a suite of proven VNA-grade RF Test Cable solutions that address user needs for either elegant flexibility and precision through 120 GHz (“Hi-Flex”), or precision combined with ruggedization (Precision/Ruggedized) for test environments up to 40 GHz.
ConductRF’s Hi-Flex VNA Cables are our highest frequency, precision test interconnect solutions available. These VNA test cables are designed to maintain excellent electrical stability under repeated bending, rotation, and handling, making them ideal for dynamic bench-top work, equipment characterization, component- and system-level analysis, and portable analyzer use. World-class phase and amplitude stability is demonstrated by internal flex testing results of better than +/- 5° and +/-0.05 dB respectively over repeated, eight hour flexing cycles.
The product uses a light armored internal construction covered with an abrasive resistant Nomex braid. This combination provides excellent flexibility and ruggedness and is industry leading in its stability under flexure. This family includes both flexible broadband solutions with max frequency options at 40 GHz, 50 GHz and 70 GHz (PDF) and our highest-frequency 1.00 mm assemblies supporting measurements to 120 GHz (PDF). Together, they offer RF engineers a versatile toolset for modern development workflows where the test setup is constantly in motion. Whether tuning, characterizing, or adjusting DUTs for iterative testing, ConductRF Hi-Flex cables provide the stability required to maintain confidence in every measurement.
While many test environments involve movement, others demand increased ruggedness along with performance. ConductRF’s family of Precision/Ruggedized VNA Test Cables are engineered specifically for fixed-path measurement systems where any change in cable geometry can compromise calibration and repeatability. These assemblies use a stainless steel conduit that is mechanically bonded to precision connectors. This creates a rigid, dimensionally stable structure that resists torque, crush forces, vibration, and accidental movement. The result is a cable intended to stay in place—preserving phase stability and maintaining calibration accuracy through extended use.
From early-stage development through high-volume production test, our VNA cable assemblies are trusted by engineers who insist on accuracy and repeatability.
