1. Quality Policy

ConductRF / Electronic Assemblies Manufacturing, Inc. is committed to delivering products and services that meet or exceed customer requirements through continual improvement, compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, and a culture of quality, accountability, and innovation.

Our Quality Objectives:

1. Ensure 100% product conformance to customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
2. Maintain on-time delivery performance at or above 98%.
3. Achieve and sustain customer satisfaction ratings above 95%.
4. Promote ongoing training, employee engagement, and process improvement across all functions.

We achieve these objectives by maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) certified to AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015, supporting our mission to be a trusted provider of RF and microwave cable assemblies and interconnect solutions for defense, aerospace, and commercial markets.

2. Scope of the Quality Management System

The ConductRF/EAM QMS applies to the design, manufacture, test, and sale of RF and microwave cable assemblies and related components. The scope covers all operations at our Methuen, Massachusetts facility and approved external suppliers.

3. Compliance Commitments

ConductRF/EAM complies with all applicable regulatory, statutory, and customer-specific requirements, including but not limited to:

• RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)
• REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals)
• ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 – Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies
• J-STD-001 – Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies
• NIST Traceability – Calibration and test equipment traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)

ConductRF/EAM continuously monitors and updates its compliance documentation and maintains public access to certifications and declarations via the company website or upon request.
