ConductRF is pleased to announce the continued expansion of our long-length RF-over-coax interconnect solutions designed for emerging AI data centers and hyperscale computing environments.
As AI compute clusters continue growing in scale and signaling speeds push beyond 100 Gbaud, many system designers are reevaluating traditional copper and optical interconnect approaches for short- to mid-reach applications. We’re seeing strong interest in high-frequency RF-over-coax architectures that deliver the right balance of reach, shielding effectiveness, repeatable performance, and system cost.
Our latest long-length RF assemblies are engineered specifically for these evolving requirements, offering stable and repeatable S21 insertion-loss performance into the 40–60+ GHz range, long-reach capability up to 10–15 meters, ruggedized low-loss cable construction, and precision interfaces including 1.85 mm, 2.4 mm, 2.92 mm, 3.5 mm, SMA, and Type-N.
With more than 25 years of experience supporting mission-critical RF and microwave applications, ConductRF is uniquely positioned to support these next-generation high-frequency interconnect challenges. Our engineering and manufacturing teams are actively collaborating with customers developing advanced AI and hyperscale computing platforms requiring precise signal integrity, controlled insertion loss, and repeatable high-frequency channel behavior.
All ConductRF assemblies are manufactured and 100% lot tested at our ISO-certified facility in Methuen, Massachusetts.
We’ll be showcasing sample assemblies and discussing custom RF-over-coax solutions at IMS 2026 in Boston, June 9–11, Booth #16095. We look forward to connecting with customers, partners, and engineers exploring the future of high-speed AI infrastructure and hyperscale computing systems.
