We're thrilled to announce that Ethan Dong has joined the company as Product Marketing Engineer.
In this newly established role, Dong will help strengthen the connection between ConductRF's engineering expertise and the customer experience by supporting product marketing, technical content development, catalog product organization, customer solution pathways, and application-engineering support across the company's expanding portfolio of RF and microwave interconnect products.
As ConductRF continues to broaden our standard product offerings and digital engineering capabilities, Dong will play an important role in helping engineers more easily discover, evaluate, and specify the right interconnect solutions for their applications.
"Ethan joins ConductRF at an exciting time in our growth," said Dean Gammell, President of ConductRF. "Our vision extends well beyond manufacturing exceptional RF cable assemblies. We're building an engineering-focused customer experience that makes it easier for engineers to identify, understand, and procure the most optimal interconnect solution. Ethan's technical background, analytical mindset, and enthusiasm for solving problems make him an excellent addition to our team."
Dong earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he developed experience in mechanical design, CAD modeling, engineering analysis, manufacturing processes, and product development.
His previous work experience includes an engineering internship with Delta Electronics Manufacturing Corp., where he designed manufacturing fixtures, developed production-ready mechanical assemblies in SolidWorks, created detailed engineering drawings using GD&T, and performed motion simulations to validate product performance prior to manufacturing.
His engineering experience also includes serving on UMass Amherst's Mass Mileage Team, where he contributed to engine optimization, component design, testing, prototyping, and vehicle integration. As Design Lead for his senior capstone project, Dong engineered a portable bearing efficiency analysis system integrating precision mechanical design with embedded electronics and data acquisition.
At ConductRF, Dong will collaborate across engineering, sales, and marketing to develop technical product content, improve catalog architecture, organize product information into intuitive solution pathways, support customer application-engineering inquiries, and help expand the company's growing library of engineering resources. His work will contribute directly to ConductRF's long-term objective of delivering one of the RF and microwave industry's most customer-centric interconnect product selection and engineering experiences.
ConductRF continues to invest in both engineering talent and digital innovation as we expand our portfolio of precision RF cable assemblies, VNA test cables, production test cables, adapters, multi-signal harnesses, and engineered custom interconnect solutions serving aerospace, defense, semiconductor, telecommunications, AI infrastructure, medical imaging, and test and measurement markets.
